Under Pope Fraize's rule all schools shall be closed and re opened as alternitive learning centers.
Mentors will be chosen to share any educational tools that the child requests and it will be up to the child to decide his or her subjects.
HOUSING
Housing will be available for all people and all abandon buildings shall recieve electricity and running water.
Squaters will be allowed to transform these buildings into livable units.
HEALTHCARE
Health care will be free and doctors will be paid directly by the drug dealers that they promote.
ENVIRONMENT

DIVERSITY

Drugs
Under Pope Fraize's Rule all drugs shall become legal via a doctors document. All convicted drug dealers will be given a chance to go to pharmacy school. We will tax "the fuck out of it" and fix our economy while providing more jobs.

Guns

Prostitution
Prostitution will become legal under Pope Fraize's rulership.
All prostitutes shall be given monthly medical and std checks and must show all recent test results to any customer upon request. This will cut down the sensless killing of prostitutes.And "we will tax the fuck out of it" prostitutes will be available at all corner stores
